Bio Preservation Enzymes
Enzymology is a new field of research in dermatology and cosmetics that tries to discover how enzymes can improve the appearance of the skin and prevent skin problems. The cosmetic industry is interested in enzymes that enhance the beauty of the skin.
However, the cosmetic industry has been using enzymes to renew the surface and smooth the skin for some time. Enzymes have proven to be very useful tools for skin treatment therapists in treating many skin conditions related to ageing, acne, constipation, and pigmentation.
In the cosmetics and personal care sectors, the increased use of enzymes is partly due to the switch to organic compounds rather than petrochemical ingredients.

Benefits of Bio Preservation Enzymes

- 3It has high substrate specificity.
- 4It is available in a highly pure form.
- 5It can be used as a bio preservative formulation.
Types of Bio Preservation Enzymes
We have 2 types of enzymes for the cosmetic industry and we are researching to get you more products in the future.
Glucozyme 100 is fungal glucose oxidase enzyme preparation produced by a selected strain of Aspergillus Species. The enzymes will cause oxidation of glucose results in the formation of gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide.
- 1It has a GRAS microbial origin.
- 2It is useful for suitable formulations.
Lactoperoxzyme is an enzyme extracted from premium quality bovine milk. It has been shown to be bacteriostatic against gram-positive and exhibits pH-dependent bacteriological action against gram-negative organisms in presence of thiocyanate and hydrogen peroxide.
- 1It has antimicrobial properties.
- 2It is resistant to proteolysis.
- 3It enhances protein iodination.
